First time collaboration for respective artists in the industry
Renowned international instrumentalist Guy Buttery and bass extraordinaire Shane Cooper are teaming up for their first collaborative tour which kicks off in the Western Cape this March. The idea to collaborate together as a duo has been on the cards for many years and is finally happening starting with a series of concerts in and around Cape Town.
Both artists have been acknowledged for their special intricacies and individuality in both the local and global circuit. Shane and Guy have individually collected a variety of accolades in their careers however this is the first time that both South African Music Award (SAMA) recipients will perform together as a duo, creating a new experience for music lovers that encapsulates a melting pot of South African musical flavours.
