Why do you come to Suburban State?

“There are usually one or two acts I wanna check out – and the parties pull big crowds so its nice to see lots of homies. This time I came to play the opening lunchtime set. I also wanted to check out Jason’s (Escapism Refuge) set, his beats are dope. Finally, it was hosted at Constitution Hill, which is a place with a lot of history and energy, so it was exciting to go play there and in general to be there.”

What was your favourite act or DJ at Suburban State?

“This time round it was probably Escapism Refuge, he played a really good set. Also, I usually play my favourite stuff that I have been listening to, and it’s always a pleasure to hear your favourite music on a fat system. Scooby’s Martin Audio system is rather pimping.”
