Go Barefoot, Boxer, and Meth Breath begin their tour today.
It delights us when the Nothing Major alumnus do exciting things and we always jump on the opportunity to let you know what they are all up to just so we can marvel at how far they have come along.
A few weeks back Nothing Major alumnus Go Barefoot and Boxer announced a tour alongside Durban band, Meth Breath. The three bands were billed to play at the Smoking Dragon New Years festival, so my best guess is that they decided to make the most of this and get more value and fans out of their travels by staging a tour leading up to their performances at Smoking Dragon.
Maybe it’s a bit surprising as the bands are not similar in terms of the genres of music they make but one thing that connects them is the fact that they all make good local music. One genre line-ups are so 2013 anyways. Catch the tour in your city with four stops in Gauteng and three in Kwa-Zulu Natal. We’ll definitely be joining them tonight at the Bohemian tonight for the launch of the tour. Entrance is only R10.
