DJ Shape Shifter and Z6B3R release collaboration, Rebirth.
Where DJ Shape Shifter is more focused on the live elements of DJing to a crowd, Z6B3R dedicates more of his energy on studio work and the production elements of music. The two decided to collaborate in an effort to create something different which contrasts their energies, preferences, and talents. The result is less of a track where one artist features another who contributes minimally, but more of a collaboration where the artists pit their artistic nuances against one another – Z6B3R vs DJ Shape Shifter.
The electro trash influence of the likes of HAEZER, Belzebass, and the Bloody Beetroots, is quite apparent with the industrialised, shrilling synths glitching throughout the track. “We tried to go for a more pure, dirty, distorted electro vibe.” says DJ Shape Shifter.
