International Beer Day Music Festival

South Africans love sports, rugby and beer as much as any nation if not more. Every once in a while something great happens in each of those three fields to create a trifecta of South African celebration. Last week, local rugby team, The Lions completed the foundations of this trifecta by beating the Hurricanes in the semifinals of the Super Rugby championship to add another form of entertainment to what was already a promising International Beer Day Music Festival.

The International Beer Day Music Festival takes place at the Cradle Moon Lakeside Game Lodge in Muldersdrift on the 5th of August. The festival offers a selection of over 50 different beers from 22 top brewers, the live screening of the Super Rugby final and live music from 11 great local artists.

Music entertainment will be taken care of by some of the country’s most popular artists, including SAMA winners GOODLUCK alongside Ross Jack, Crash Car Burn, The Kiffness and Monark to name a few.

General admission tickets priced at R200 are available via Quicket.
