3rd World Is His
The record-breaking 12th season of Idols SA saw Noma Khumalo take the coveted crown. Khumalo was the first female winner of the competition in seven seasons, but the self proclaimed SupaMega stole the show debuting two new singles during his performance.
Twitter fingers were tapping throughout, which saw the Idols SA hashtag throughout Sunday evening and it was more of the same when AKA released the audio to his latest single, ‘The World Is Yours’.
The track continues where ‘One Time’ left off as AKA dabbles more with the pop sound. Hip-Hop heads and fans of Levels and Altar Ego may not appreciate the new direction (and always-on autotune) but the new direction could also see him reach wider audience. The Third World is his as the anticipation for his third album increases.
